Divisions
& Skills 2026

Every division competes as a team of two on all three days. Pick honestly — the standards below are what the floor in Warnemünde will actually ask of you.

RX

Team FM · MM · 20 teams per category

Designed for athletes with a lot of competition experience. No scaling, no warning — the sharp end of the festival.

Good to know
Both athletes must be capable of every CrossFit Open and Quarterfinal movement as prescribed.
Adapting to complex movements on the fly, without practising them beforehand, is a requirement.
Heavy lifting under fatigue and moving odd objects are part of the deal.
